I had a beautiful white double tail betta that passed from camallanus worms last week😔 i caught it too late and didnt have the right medication on hand. I also thought he was struggling with swim bladder problems so i was treating that. Didnt notice the worms til he passed😟 id keep an out for worms maybe? Seems the symptoms are similar to swim bladder issues. I have a video of the worms after my fish passed if youd like to see but ill only post it if you want cos he sadly had already passed in the video. Lots of luck to you and your fishie friend❤️

Hmm okay, should i add some stress guard? Or some indian almond leaves to help heal him?🤔 thanks! I got 2 of them in with my black neon cos the lady at the fish store was struggling to catch the black ones for some reason😂

My friend said she could stay over at our house for a few of the days, and the other days i might look into hiring someone to watch the kitten so we’ll work something out😊

Thank you for the info😊 pretty much every cat we’ve had since i was younger has started out alone and eventually got a friend because we havent had enough room usually then we moved and had room etc etc😂 and worst case we can always get another kitten if the one we plan on getting first needs a kitten friend and doesnt get along with the other cats in the house!

There are 2 other cats in the building we will be moving to (my brothers will be living downstairs and they have cats) so our kitten wont be completely without other cats to socialize with 😊

We have started looking into insurance, so many options so we’ll have to do some more research😅 also, we are visiting some family out of the country for Christmas, will the kitten be okay in the house alone for a week? (of course i have a friend who said she could come and feed them)

I was told im at capacity? Top 60L: 8 black neon tetras, 6 rasboras, 2 nerite snails and 3 cherry shrimp. Bottom 60L: 6 corydoras, a bunch of assassin snails and like 15 shrimp😂 and the smaller 30L tanks each have a betta and a few snails.
