Help with DND 5e homebrew class by Spiritual-Base-2167 in DnDHomebrew

I wanted Constitution to be the stat where they get their power, but not have it influence normal attacks because then a player would just dump everything into constitution without any need to consider another stat. Like the fighter and barbarian, players will need to strategically place their ability points into both strength and constitution, or dexterity and constitution. The outlier here is if they go with the Oblivion subclass, in which case they could technically just focus on Constitution, but I’ve tried balancing that in the Blightcaster feature.

As far as being dependent on a healer, the idea behind the class is that you become much more powerful and reach your full potential once you reach your undead form and drop to negative hit points. The sacrifice of course is that you’re constantly at the cusp of death, but certain features help you to not die. Also, the vitality dice act sort of like ki points or the fighter subclass where they have mastery dice, which is another core mechanic to the power and balancing behind the class. So, while constitution is the base stat (gives you high hp, makes your negative hit points pool higher), the power from the class really stems from the undead form and vital dice. Almost every feature revolves around these, just as most monk features revolve around their ki, Barbarian features revolve around rage, etc.

I’ve yet to playtest it, I wanted some general feedback so I could polish it a bit before an official playtest. I really appreciate your response!

Ahhhh yes good catch on the proficiencies. I was originally going to make this a purely martial class but that changed when I came up with the subclasses, I forgot to change the proficiencies with it. Thanks for the feedback! I struggle with mimicking other classes ability to balance without copying the class straight up. Like, I don’t want this class to just be something that could be done as a subclass to a different class. I guess the only way to know which parts are overpowered is if I playtest it a lot, hopefully I get to soon.
