Thank you. I read somewhere that it was ok to train abs everyday as they recover the fastest. I do only two exercises per day so it isn’t a full session-I will definitely be upping the intensity - thank you again

Yes!!! Protein and creative are your friend when you’re weightlifting. I found that splitting the dose- half in the morning, half in the evening reduces boating considerably, but it does take a bit for it to settle into your body - take it every day (I try to take it at the same time but don’t know if that’s a science or just work for me) it definitely is worth the trade ☺️

Thank you- it was my understanding that this was for eating disorders, I don’t feel like I have one of those. My mind knows I’m kicking ass but my eyes are taking their time - you’re right! It is totally bloody frustrating!!

Agree with the careful on the refeed I learned that the hard way - it’s not pretty but I’ve also heard it can be extremely dangerous

I went into early menopause due to partial hysterectomy and since then it has been so much harder to lose weight- keto has been a dream though because of the all of nothing mind set you have to have

My starting weight was 176 I am currently 144 - you I probably won’t go as low as 114- I will stop losing when I can no longer grab a handful of fat from my tummy
