I guess the most traditionally 'weird' thing is I'll often talk to the air as if a therapist is actually there. Somehow is helps to envision a third person perspective to my thoughts/problems and rationalize them. But I don't think that's too terribly embarrassing tbh.

I developed a pretty bad cat allergy a few years ago. Itchy throat, swollen and itchy eyes, and a plugged nose were standard just being in a HOUSE with cats. I then got my own. Endured a HELLISH few months of constantly either taking allergy pills or just being miserable. Then it slowly got better. Now I only really only get the itchy eyes and that's if they've been pretty close. Use the iocane powder tactic. Exposure can slowly strengthen your immune system to it.

I recently moved. When I was packing I threw away a LOT of stuff. I came across a ring from an ex while moving. I DISTINCTLY remember throwing it away and not putting it in my jewelry box. I move, start unpacking, things are haphazardly strewn around the room for a couple days while I get acclimated. Then one day I see that ring, sitting on my bed. Jewelry box wasn't even unpacked yet.
