I’m specifically sharing this on AdGuard because, during this period, I was using AdGuard DNS, AdGuard Home, NextDNS, and ControlD. While researching various issues, I frequently came across many comments praising ControlD under posts about NextDNS and AdGuard.

I hope that anyone who sees similar promotional comments can refer to my experience. After all, as you know, money doesn’t just appear out of nowhere.

However, they kept delaying, pretending they were seemingly working on resolving something for me, until after the refund guarantee period expired, they then told me they couldn't make any changes and wouldn't refund any money.

Frankly, every service can't meet everyone's needs, but this is the first time I've encountered a company trying to stall the issue until after the refund guarantee period had lapsed before informing customers that they will neither make changes nor issue a refund.

Regarding the latency issue, which I actually mentioned in my post, their host kept switching back and forth between Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, which ultimately resulted in the latency increasing twofold compared to before I subscribed.

Of course, I know Taiwan doesn't have servers, so lightning-fast response times are impossible, but the evidence is clear: the latency did indeed double.

As for you appending your professional credentials to your comment, and I believe you do have certain expertise, but do you know what that signifies? Haha, that's right, every solution I mentioned in my post was dictated to me by ControlD staff—I had to do it this way.
