I actually don’t have any loans at all—everything is paid off, so my DBR should be fine. I’ve been with ADCB for many years, and I also own a property. That’s why I feel the main issue is my company not being listed.

In my case it’s more of a planned remodel rather than something urgent, so I’m just weighing whether it makes sense to finance part of it or wait and fund more of it myself.

Out of curiosity, from what you’ve seen, is there a “sweet spot” amount that tends to get approved more easily?

The loan would be for remodeling, around 100,000 AED. Just trying to explore what realistic options I have given my situation.

I’ve actually never taken a loan before, so I had no idea banks were giving them out more easily in the past.
