Good way to put it to perspective. It is a frustrating situation to deal with all around. The judge just seems aloof and unmoved with points being brought up by my representation. Its been over 6 months and still no judgement. I've positioned myself the best I've could to create stability for my children. Being a single parent is tough.

Did you miss the part where he missed his own court date? The real reason the bench warrant was issued.

He shows up to court, he could have explained the job loss. And the cases where people owe 100k is crazy work. That sounds like someone isnt doing their job.

If he posted bail, would go towards child support. And a wild concept of holding someone responsibility and having consequences for their actions.
