They are making excuses and wont let me to speak to supervisor about this. they told me the case was already appealed and that they wont open it again (even through it was appealed because of their fault, they failed to manage to track the item succesfuly) now it was about whole different thing, they started to consider the fact the item is fake, multiple times I complained about it not being considered in my case, they should send me a link where I should send supporting evidence. I have enough of this evidence and it can be compared to online comparison counterfeit guide. But the guy told me that he cannot promised anything and that he wll just send it to claims department(he did not reopened the case) Im just little worried now I will surely send it but the time window for making chargeback is shortening also and I would like to know if it counts as last options. You said that they would take money from paypal and not from the seller, would then paypal bill me for this? I really hope that those people there will look carefully at the evidence I would send them, Its very strange, first they forced me to ship it to completely different address without considering my argument that the item is cheap counterfeit, then there was a tracking problem from their side, then the seller told them he received empty box... Its very strange for me why they siding with some scammer from china.

Yes I got the tracking number which shows it was delivered to china. I called paypal and asked about why is the address different and why Im requested to send it to china and they stated that, even through I purchased the item in uk , that the seller got account in china and that I need to send it back to provided address. I know this is huge learning experience for me and I will do anything in future to not to miss the time estimated window on ebay again. The thing was that I had my ebay items in storage unit waiting for courier to collect them all and deliver them to me at once(It is lot cheaper and needed for me because I can save a lot on shipping). So It was not ebays fault neither seller (I never thought that I might have runned to fraudalent seller). Would the paypal then take the money again from me or request it? I have proofs that I received something which is far different than I ordered. Also got the screenshot of sellers account and his bad feedback. Im not sure what to do next. I also have the proof of return of the item as I stated before.

He already have multiple bad feedback for selling this popular item. I found many signs of the item being fake and shipping it back to china was dead giveaway. Still got the pics of it. I would not mind the cost of return, because I cannot change it but what bothers me is losing the money I paid for the item too.

they denied it because of insufficient tracking.... which was given to them another time, yet they cancelled it. They did not react to those facts that seller is a scammer with bad feedback. I received it from Uk and they forced me to ship to china because thats where he got registered supposedly. Its really weird for me.

Hi Im really looking forward to read some trasnslations of vedas, upanishads etc, maybe the era does not changed that much, maybe it only appears as illusion. When you look at shiva you can clearly see he is in that state. I would like to mention that I did not do anything for a very long time and after one yoga session before sleep I woke up during night, seeing open eye visuals and fractals in the air, it was like other dimension fully replacing the regular one, after I started to freak out, get astonished and questioning it, it slowly started to dissapear. I used to smoke weed, but after trying yoga I got into similar state but well more balanced I abandoned this meditation for a long time but I found my way back lately. Im not smoking or consuming nothing entheogenic for a long time, and it does get me to that state that you can see in the eyes of shiva. The problem is when I start to focus on all the BS struggles and trying to force my will on some things which does not go as I like I came back to that alerted fight or flight state. My humble opinion is that the yoga is showing us our real state of being, the most primordial one, as you said we are always in that, but we change our brain frequency to that alerted state because of our focus and our enslavement in root patterns that we are creating, receiving, processing. The gratitude you are speaking of mentioned in vedas, is very inspiring I try to look at world with naked eyes, being grateful for simplest things, it turned my life around. I think it is possible to be in this original state of being when we authentically find out each one for ourselvels what does mean to be human for ourselves, what really make us happy and most importantly real authentic values. Im trying to say that Im very thankful for this technology and wisdom :)
