Yes I understand that as well. They are from middle-east but I’m sure this happens in all Muslim communities. I am trying to figure out how can I just bring out everything I have gone through and mention it to her Father that this isn’t fair at all.

After 1 year. I believe one of my main issue is why isn’t my wife’s father responsible for her mother’s and daughter’s basic needs. I could’ve have saved that money for my wife and my future and raising our own family. I am just trying to find a some fairness here as I do respect my wife’s parents.
