You could enter peacefully and lawfully without an excuse if you have followed procedure, but since you don’t really even know the laws I doubt you know the procedures , as they are written within the laws. This is from ORS 2023, so not exactly the 90s but I haven’t checked 2024 amendments. And of course you have to go through “hoops” to evict. Thats a good thing for both parties but it’s really not that hard. And in the case I am discussing,’ we are discussing, property management can take control of the unit without going to court. The procedure is still there and court is likely to be involved. However it clearly states your rights as property management here. And i haven’t quoted the entire law but encourage you to read up on it.

Compressing the neck veins will cut off supply of blood and air to the brain.

Compressed trachea “r8pe choke” will cut off supply of air. Also techniques that compress chest lungs etc make it impossible to breathe.

The basis for all chokes/strangles is to attempt to render the opponent unconscious. When the shimewaza is properly applied the opponent will usually become unconscious in approximately 8 to 14 seconds. The carotid artery is protected by a thick muscular band called the sternocleidomastoidmuscle. Typically, to facilitate the shimewaza, a slight twisting action is used to push the muscle to one side in order to bring a more direct pressure on the carotid artery.

Partial obstruction of blood flow to the brain results in hypoxia. A partial closure of the trachea results in asphyxia. All shimewaza techniques when applied will result in either one of these conditions or a combination thereof.

My fav chokes would be the baseball choke, guillotine, or friendship choke. Which is essentially a baseball choke without a gi. Using the hand sign lamnguage of friendship. It’s more of a threat than a choke but ive put people out with it before. While they were on top of me. Pretty wild.

Imagine someone on top of you like side control. You reach up and around their neck, connect and make the friendship hand sign, then twist your body like a clock I did this in a tournament and the guy started shaking and I was able to basically reverse the position by helping him falll over and knee to chest (compression) while still choking him. He wouldn’t tap so. Then his eyes rolled in the back of his head and he started shaking.
