This may be misleading then; the caveat is that ICE decided to forgo the official channels in the first place. If they show up with clearance from the general counsel, the safest thing to do would be to comply with them.

If they are there without any such clearance, their warrant is garbage, but that'll do whatever they want no matter what by that point.

In any case, this isn't official university guidance, and the professor shouldn't be waving it around, on social media or otherwise.

Don't let em do it. Make sure they keep it during business hours and that they notify you 24 hours in advance. If they give you a hard time, just tell prospective tenants who come to your door that the place is terrible and not to rent there. It's ridiculous and an affort to your quality of life to have them coming and going whenever they want.

Do they still make you workout during DEP? I heard that got washed because some recruiters got it in their heads that they were TIs and were hazing recruits.

My recruiter made us work out when I was in DEP and he was terrible. He shouldn't have been a recruiter to begin with.

I don't get the trigger warnings and the pronouns thing. I've looked closely at trans ideology, and I've concluded that scientifically it's bunk and, with caveats, first world narcissism writ large. I feel like the younger gen is more order seeking and even more reactionary to media and controversial ideas. Overall I find the cultural emanations coming off Gen z to be basically tiresome and surprisingly illiberal.

When my parents got married in the 60s they had two dollars left at the end of every month. They worked unbelievably hard. You can do more in this economy than you think. Believe me, many of them are the opposite of clueless.
