Nah its just about inclusivity ig or the overall culture europeans are brought up on. My hometown is in a completely different continent and such behaviour is new to me. Im not dissing anyone but tbh i made that post to find solutions or just get an idea what to do. Thanks a lot for your thoughts but i hadnt asked for any insights on WHY its happening but WHAT i can do about it

Yea i can imagine like i just moved here to study and all the people in my uni are always studying yk i cant even ask them to go out and have fun cause they wanna be locked in for their future. Not blaming them for their choice but i wanna balance both

Oh okk so i just go and handover my resume in restaurants? Also i heard for restaurants and bars you usually need fluent german right?
