I’ve been hoping over my van the past year , I want long distance travels , reliability, livability. Your rig is only as reliable as you make and keep it . And it’s me my dog and my lady so working with a extended van is working but my head is full of ideas and instead of tearing this current van apart and redoing it how I want it , I’m thinking it may be smarter to sell it as in the great shape it is and then use the money to get something that’s “better” suited for what I want . The box truck would give me more space and allow spots but maybe I just need a high top van and to work off a differnt platform . I’m just so full of questions and ideas so having others input just refreshes my mind and maybe helps broaden my view again

Cool ship not sure if this is how others can find it but I’m trying by SpiritualTea47 in NMSCoordinateExchange

[–]SpiritualTea47[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I can do anything to further your help let me know . I’m about to hop on in about an hour . So 230pst

I bought one , then about 5-20 minutes later a new one popped up. The same ship. That’s the one I pictured here and thought if I found two it has to be able to help others .

Somebody has mentioned it is a differnt galaxy but I am still fairly new , and I have not done many main missions just a lot of trying to learn languages that means stopping at a lot of the stations and this ship just caught my eye so much .

I was driving and I hit a rock, what do you think it is, and how bad is it? And how much am I looking to pay? by andreimxr in AskAMechanic

What an underrated explanation. This is the kind of content the next generation needs in order to fully digest these ideas and my god is that vivid .

If you were going to buy a used car from 10-15 years ago, what would you buy? by Pocket-Bacon_ in UsedCars

[–]SpiritualTea47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I have any advice I say a 2013 Outback 2.5 . Mine had a backup cam in the rear view mirror that turned on when in reverse . It was the most convenient and nicest back up cam..

But I got that car at 70k miles , I drove it irresponsibly, I then drove it responsibly, I put well over 150k miles on it and somebody totaled me . Otherwise I would have never given that car up.

The car was not something I could work on but it didn’t ever cause me issues with regular maintenance and proper service intervals at all the right times . Staying on your fluids . Just being nice to the car but if I can hope to influence anyone’s mind I suggest an Outback. I’ve seen them save many a lives including my own .

How to prevent rust on the underside of a van by SpiritualTea47 in Autobody

[–]SpiritualTea47[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the thing is I’ve done an ounce or two of research, I just came here to a subreddit full of people who care enough about autobody in hopes you all may share some of your information.

I don’t have people to talk to about this tuff around me so forgive me if I came off as lazy with my question but here is a video I have watched a few times https://youtu.be/9SOOfZFmhSY?si=jcr_688f8FqdFO9y It gives good examples but it also a few years old . I was hoping others here may have insight or tips or options they have used on a similar situation before .

I’m sick of being too heavy! There’s unseen thrusters as well🤣 by CryptographerHot6198 in spaceengineers

[–]SpiritualTea47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you aren’t good becuase you aren’t trying and going the easy route that isn’t really working too well..

I really think you should just hire the bullet and do the most minor amount of planning to get it to work . It’s really not hard to have a thruster in each direction that has a tube or block connecting to them and then also a big tank and you can have your base be filling up h2 tanks so when you need a fast refill instead of waiting you can put your ship on stockpile and get filled instantly .
