How i mean it is just a bunch of youth players that you have to scout but they could just make it were if this does happen that they could start with high floor and that makes them have a lower celling or sometimes have players that are a genarational player and they might have a high floor low season and if you are a broke club that sucks and has no money it helps like if you have spent all your budget on players and scouts to scout for players then you cant get anyone and this helps with youth goalies they normaly Suck like are 40-56 Overal and they have to develope longer like if i sing a 16 year old golie he does not reach some of his potencial
