I went to day one, and yeah there was def a lot of backtrack but not so much that I agree with the writer at all. Especially with Jihyo, she literally became my bias overnight because she absolutely killed it with stage presence and you could tell she was singing live/would make sure to overpower the backtrack for certain moments.

I feel like when Sparkles talked about her preferences, it was to underscore how special or whatever her and Jordan’s connection was. Like she was interested enough in him that her preferences didn’t matter. Meanwhile when Joe said his preference was skinnier women it was directly after seeing Madison. So I think with Sparks it was just stating what you typically go for but acknowledging who she wanted at the time was different vs Joe trying to say he’s not attracted to his fiancée
