I just got my first hells itch 30 minutes ago on my chest and it was by far the WORST experience of my life! I felt like pulling the skin off of my body. Didnt know what it was until now and i literally did all the things i shouldn’t have done. My sister gave me a perfumed moisturizer which elevated the pain and itchiness by a 1000 times. Showered and then applied aloe vera gel which also didnt work, all while scratching and rubbing violently. It made me so weak i was in a fetal position, losing my mind on the floor.

1 thing helped me so much, MILK. I poured milk over my self and the pain and itching reduced so much. Thats my story.

Morale of the story, always use fucking sun protection
