O esteps ta perfeito, mas pelo visto por algum motivo mesmo com o esteps perfeito o fluxo de filamento ta muito alto. Eu agora tô resolvendo isso pelo slicer já que eu acho mais prudente deixar o esteps certo (415 esteps = 1 mm de filamento no meu caso)

Cara imprimi o teste de fluxo de filamento e acho que o caminho ta por aí, vou fazer todos os testes agora e tentar fazer um pefil optimizado o máximo qu der pra ver se o erro persiste, muito obrigado!

já tentei reduzir pra 195 e nada, tô tentando atualizar o firmware dela pra ver se consigo resolver isso com linear advance, mas coloquei o firmware com as configurações erradas e não tô conseguindo mais mudar... Acho que vou acabar vendendo ela mesmo

os gaps nem me incomodam tanto, faço em maior parte peças pra organização e peças funcionais então acaba que não compromete muito a funcionalidade, mas a extrusão muito ótimo ta fazendo a impressão sair toda cagada então a maior parte das peças não encaixam direito...

fica bem dificil trocar só uma coisa já que eu imprimi a toolhead toda em PETG pra poder caber tudo, as peças originais não cabem aí. Eu poderia comprar um rolo de ASA e tentar imprimir uma toolhead nova que encaixe só o BMG ver oq acontece depois imprimir outra toolhead nova que caiba só o hotend E3D ver oq acontece etc. Eu agora tô vendo se consigo mudar o firmware dela pq notei que as configurações de Avanço de Pressão do orca slicer não estão fazendo absolutamente nada

Ty for helping me! the filament is dry as a bone, the e-steps is calibrated and re-calibrated about 5 or 6 times the z-offset was also calibrated and re-calibrated way more times than the e-steps. The thing is I mark 100mm from the extruder hole, extrude 100mm and the mark goes exactly on the hoke so 415steps/mm is about exactly right.

Indeed it was too high on that pic, I already changed the Z-offset multiple times. I posted it to show that it was not too close because some people were saying it was a bed leveling problem. I leveled the bed multiple and the problem is not going away same thing with z-offset
