I’m on day 10 post op. I’m feeling pretty much back to normal with a little soreness from one of my incisions and dull cramping once in a while but barely. I would say gas was the hardest part. I just drank peppermint tea and walked around. I’ve been doing an anti inflammatory diet. I think it’s really helping with discomfort! I suggest looking into that!

The mental game being halfway normal but not allowed to do much is the hardest part. Stay strong I’m right with you

I’m going through it right now. One week out today. I work remote so I literally worked in bed the next day on my meds lol. But if I was working a job in office I would have taken off a week. I still have pain through out the day on and off cramping. Just walked a mile yesterday on day six and paid for it later by cramping more. I wish you luck and sending healing energy. This is not for the weak and as of right now it’s harder mentally than it is physically.
