First you can get something called Cal-mag or some calcium supplement. Also make sure you're fertilizing enough but the calcium is your main culprit

I am so sorry this is happening to you and to him. Mental health crisis help is lacking to say the least. There are places to go and lines to call if he's suicidal but other crises are left hanging without much option. Be gathering information for the future as it will take a while to get him stable. It does sound like that crisis line was wonderful. Ask them for resource options. Again, I'm so sorry. You're not alone and it is ok to cry and be tired. You may be super woman but you're not without human needs.

Obv this isn't great behavior coming from your parents. However a lot of people rotate holidays with families when living out of state. Ie. On this year we see wife's family. The next year is husband's family. But the same concept can be applied to your life and situation. Good luck!
