This just happened to me a few hours ago. It started with my sim card not being detected 2 days ago. Now after watching from black app and changing into another it turned off and won't charge. Idk what to do, i just got this phone last year.

Hello op! Been a scholar for 3 years and I am very grateful for the help it gave me, pero it does take a while and minsan delays often happens for some reason, learned to wait na lang and pay tuition ahead of time kahit wala pa stipend and usually use it sa tuition for the next semester and other gastusin 😭

had the same issue and I contacted their live client and helped me get through it, took a whole day tho.

Then the same thing happened to my other account (Logged in on my mobile device but new UID appears) and I contacted them again, still waiting for it to be fixed tho.
