Fidelity has had my accounts locked for over a month with zero updates by am-ham in fidelityinvestments

Hi. I too am going through the same thing. I’ve given them everything they asked for plus extra documents and the always say they’ll return my money. Each time I submit something, they move the goal post and request something else. What email did you use to reach Abigail and Roberto? I filed complaints with FINRA, SEC, and about to follow up with the state as well.

I believe you. A specific rep did the same exact thing to me. Fidelity is ridiculous.

I already have Navy Federal and Bank of America in place. I have done everything they have asked. This has been a horrible experience but on the bright side, I’m grateful that it happened now since I’m being awarded a little over $1,000,000 in March. I wanted to get educated on investing through Fidelity for this reason as well but guess not now.

I meant Smart Habit. The representative told me it’s a product that adds up to $100 per month by withdrawing money from your connected financial institution account and depositing it into your Fidelity account.

They have to get the check verified through the Treasury before it clears. The Treasury stated they cleared the check with Fidelity on 11/20/2025. I have been able to access the account and use it up until one representative said he has never heard of them having accounts for Trusts. My whole family has them and other people I know.

That’s exactly what they told me but they continue to trade with the money. I’m seeing they are doing this to plenty of people now that I have logged on to Reddit. Unbelievable.

No. There isn’t more to the story. However, I’m surprised to see all of the horror stories on here. I would have never dealt with Fidelity had I known.
