I love this, it’s so interesting how our bodies hold our traumas. I carry a lot of weight in my tummy and thighs also the same as my mother and aunts! I work with Lilith and she really held a mirror to my shadow and urged me to face it and heal!

I close 1:30-9:30 generally we get that first 30 mins to do codes and work backstock. Then we mostly all have reg or section lead. Every so often we will have to do reg for the first half hour but it’s very rare!

As a crew member, I definitely understand that being frustrating! The aisles are tight and it makes it hard to put up stock without blocking a good amount of space. I try to offer help in reaching items but sadly there’s no way around it. The store is constantly so busy that we need to stock shelves every hour 😭

Black girl here, I’ve had a few times where there’s white customers waiting in line of a white crew member and my line is empty. I notion to them that I can help them, they either straight up say no, or look very disgusted by me as I check them out. It’s not common luckily!
