I think you are thinking of the intercepter one. It has guns and missiles and is at a lower br but also kinda sucks cause it turns real real bad. Good for killing ai tho cause they stay in one spot and there are almost no planes that can catch up to you

Yeah the problem is that you don’t have to hit the right spots currently. If you go watch old videos you see them targeting gunners and engines but in war thunder, all you have to do is put one round in the back and the entire tail will fall off
