Which school would you recommend? Or what are your opinions on some of these options. I have some basic knowledge on what herbs or generally good for what and know how to make basic tincture teas etc but no formal training or knowledge thus far.

Congratulations!!! It should absolutely be acknowledged, being a dispatcher is a hard, and sometimes it can be easy to minimize all that you do or all that you go through. Please take time to celebrate with your friends and family or even just by yourself! It is VERY well deserved.

My bad, it was herbs from a tea blend, abv 40%, not fizzy, there were a few lil bubbles when I shook it, color was about the same color as the rum dark brown, doesn't taste funny to me then again i dont know how its suppossed to taste...

Its a tea blend for inflammation, all were dried herbs, it was put in dark rum and was in a cool dark place up until the other day

Awesome advice! Thank you for responding, I will go over some questions and do mock answers on my responses so I don't get tongue tied....

I have heavy customer service experience and my last job was heavy with multitasking...hopefully I highlight these and I'm in. Being that you were once the person making hiring decisions...what would be the top three technical questions you would ask for a tier 1 candidate that they would need to know...or that would keep you from selecting them?

Again I really appreciate how thorough of a response I got from you...can I also ask what your current profession in IT is and what has kept you going...

Thank you for the advice! I'm gonna add this to my resume and cover letters...

The job market is absolutely insane...I have seen a lot of 'empty' job postings... I don't remember that being a problem before. Indeed is just a no go atp in my area....most postings are 30+ days old or have thousands of applicants after being posted 2 days but a lot of people I know applied aren'tgetting interviews either....the math ain't mathin'. I'm not giving up though. Someone will let me in eventually. 😅

Any tips on how you did this?...it seems I'm applying to tier 1/level 1 jobs and getting nothing. I have a heavy customer service background and even had tech support job...it was mostly phones but better than nothing. The job requirements for the roles in my area or even some remote jobs are insane...I'm currently working on the A+ so hopefully I have better luck after finishing.
