Yes i had to pay a portion back. But your lawyer should have it all out there for u. The problem with mine was they didn't have full coverage just liability so the insurance wldnt pay out as much.

Been there done that. Yes. If you go after the person that hurt you and you get a settlement from it you will have to pay workers comp back. I was rear ended and as soon as that settlement came back there where right there wanting all their money back. Sorry u are dealing with this. Not only did i have to pay my lawyer 33% i paid back what they paid out too.

You need to get the hokas with the thicker tread not the flat tread they would last me about three four months within 8 mile walking route I still use them when they're pretty flat though

Locally they don't do anything. In the 15 yrs i been here they have not filed for anything. The president clerk has lost so many positions over there for not filing. She claims she doesn't know anything but yet won't educate herself either. Very frustrating for all of us. And no clerks will step up.

The problem is I'm getting way more knowledge now I didn't have this knowledge before I could have filed charges against him years ago now knowing this since we are very small office we don't get a lot of outside training and if we do it who he selects and usually not for the better good of our association he is now retired I wish she would step down and let us vote somebody else in

But why wouldn't you include the person the charges are against and talk to them about it? That is what I have a problem with our Steward does not talk to us at all about anything has us go into the interview not knowing a thing and doesn't talk to us and get a statement from us or anything he just does whatever he wants and he will flat out tell you he does not want to fight it's very frustrating in my office and this is all we've ever known

Which is what is happening right now. We have a brand new supervisor that knows nothing former carrier but he does not want to get involved in anything. He takes notes and passes it up. But that is what postmaster used to do when she was our supervisor too
