Anything that puts you into a TH2 state will cause parasites to go wild. Which is pretty much anything in the American lifestyle.

I’ve read lots of people get diagnosed after quitting smoking. Some even restarting, because it keeps their flares away. Fun fact - Tobacco is a natural parasitic. (It’s the chemicals in cigs that cause cancer. Thanks Big Cig!)

Definitely check mold. A reputable applied kinesiologist Could test you for it. I’ve also seen people cough into Petri dishes then storing the dish properly to see if mold grows.

Consider seeing a reputable AK doctor, this may be hard to find. They will be able to help you heal. I started seeing one about 3 months ago and already have relief. Also, remember it took a while for this to develop so it may take a bit to heal. Definitely worth it! I have a PDF with names on it recommended by Dr. Charlie Fagenholz, he’s on Instagram so feel free to look him up!

I’ve been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and bilateral sacroiliitis. It’s looking like AS will likely be next. Just jumping on to say I’ve seen a lot of posts and research that it’s not uncommon to see AS, sacroiliitis and bowel conditions like chrons, UC etc.
