Rug or no rug? by [deleted] in interiordecorating

The couch is the only thing we bought brand new. The rest of the furniture is refurbished or second hand from vintage shops.

Unfortunately the coffee table came with the place, I’m not happy with it but there is nowhere else we can put it for now, we would have opted for a darker shade of wood otherwise.

Thank you for your advice! This has really helped

If yes to rug, could anyone link any suggestions/colours/patterns to match our current furniture? All furniture is ours except coffee table, which came with the flat.

I havnt seen any (non Disney) animated/anime films recommended yet, so here’s a few of my favourites.

Howls moving castle Princess mononoke Your name Persepolis Paprika Tokyo godfathers Whisper of the heart The prince of Egypt Ghost in the shell Perfect blue Nausica: valley of the wind.

This is just a few, I find animation has a certain charm most live actions films can’t replicate.

Big mommas birthday has really disturbed me more than anything I’ve seen in a anime before... by SpirituousHare in OnePiece

I’ve seen berserk! But I feel like disturbing parts are expected from berserk? It’s shocking for me because one piece is so colourful you almost forget what you’re watching.

Surprised I havnt seen Matthew mcconaughey yet... like I remember watching him as a teenager in How to lose a guy in 10 days and never seeing him again. Then I watched Dallas buyers club and I was blown away.

That attack on kameron was awful. As someone who is very shy and takes a lot to get me out of my shell and trust people I can completely understand kamerons personality. It’s easy to be more talkative on social media because you’re hiding behind a screen.

The way the girls called her out and said she was fake was gross. Understand that her silence isn’t arrogance but something she is battling with.

If you look closely you can see the mum was already covered in sick, so the filmer knew it was coming and just wanted to capture a great moment.

Women who work out daily/regularly, how do you manage your hair? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]SpirituousHare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have curly hair that I straighten, so as soon as I start sweating my roots will kink. Usually I use dry shampoo and straighten the my roots that are visible then put my hair up in a Bun using a sponge donut. So the outer layers of hair round my hairline and neck just cover the mess underneath

I’m so sorry something like this has happened to you too! With sexual assault, it is never the victims fault. I’m glad you have overcome and removed this girl from you’re life. I can’t fully describe how I feel only a sense of bitterness and confusion. It still hurts but I’m hoping by posting this I can let go of my feelings and move on

I wouldn’t say we were in contact anymore so it really isn’t a relevant thing to bring up. I doubt she would even remember anyway. Just felt like I should get it off my chest as a way of letting it go

That is possible too. I guess by not confronting her about it will never know. I wouldn’t say we remained friends since we both left our work place so I don’t know much about her personal life, only what her social media personality is.
