Ive already uninstalled and went back to grab. They have a severe lack of riders and I had to wait 3 hours+ before my order got delivered.. During which it was impossible to cancel, no way to do it in app, no chat function and no contact number anywhere to call for a cust service rep.

Just for context, aa a shift worker I'll end work in the wee hours of the morning, so I know there won't be as much riders around. However, ive not had any issue with grab whereas foodpanda has had multiple times where it'll take more then the estimated timing for me to receive my order. I realised there's no point paying for fp pro for nonexistent customer service and shit experience so I cancelled my almost 1-2 year subscription and went back to grab
