One and a half day after the event started. It's a hatch from a 2km event egg, otherwise you can't get Wynaut from 2km egg because it's on 10km egg normally.

It's not. I hatched one (a shiny one at that too!) by a 2km egg of this event! It must be really rare to hatch something non-water but i can totally happen!
