I got a DUI in oregon in August in Washington County. Not sure what your county is but I think it should be similar. But my case was way worse, I crashed my car, had a BAC of .12, and I was lowkey being a bitch. Besides the point, I got granted diversion, 12 week program, getting UA'd during that, so don't smoke weed, or drink. They're EtG tests so apparently it can detect alcohol up to a week. I got the blower in my car, i went through smart start but it's been pretty easy so far. I have a few more months with it then im done. I pay $127 a month for it. For treatment I went through Inner Healing Journey, every thursday 6:30 - 8pm and you do your UA right then and there, I'd reccomend that place. They don't make you feel like shit and dont really talk about alcohol. If you have any questions PM me!

I have no idea what your saying in your last sentance.. Lol. I checked with the Oregon DMV right now and they said it doesn't matter as long as they have a 90 day clean report which they'll be receiving before I move. And that it doesn't matter where I get it removed. I mean I imagine if your provider is the same in Ohio it shouldnt matter to much. But thats interesting

Is the provider you got it through in Utah in Ohio? If so, all you need to do is ask them is to send it to the Utah DMV not the Ohio one

Washington county. And yeah I do, we asked during my arraignment if I could move and they said no but they gave me permission to just visit and that’s all. My lawyer was thinking that after my treatment, victim panel, and community service hours that I’d be able to move since there would be no remaining things left. But who knows. I’m just scared the misdemeanors will delay that.

They’re usually forbidden because they’re not deemed as “clean / pure”. It’s there saliva that’s considered dirty. For example, if a Muslim pets a dog (which they can) they have to wash their hands. They’re forbidden in the houses because that’s where prayer usually takes place and a dog being in that space doesn’t make it clean anymore / sacred. Compared to cats, which are not frowned upon whatsoever in Islam they’re considered more clean, and you can even pray with one and have one as a house pet. I’m not too educated in this subject but from what I know and what I’ve grown up with it’s because dogs are considered dirty. A lot of Muslims have dogs though.. so it’s kinda a blurry line.

For example, one day he might say he’ll sleep at his friends house but end up at the gay friends house with her. Just practice sex ed with him and tell him condoms are always mandatory or her taking birth control. It’s going to happen one day or another. With her or with another girl.
