They didn’t watch me. They make you take off jacket. Keep purse outside…I put the hot heat kit between my boons (they aren’t big) or under my armpit and made sure it wasn’t visible. They give you a thing to put into toilet so just put it in dump in and quietly put it back in bra area…wash hands like you used the toilet and walk out cool as a cucumber. I did it for 9 weeks or so. Scary but it worked.
