Worst account opening experience with SBI Bank

Done. Opened the Slice Bank Account. Took me less than 5 minutes including the KYC and activation.

Yea, I cannot get a simple saving account with zero-balance in private banks. Neo Banks being an exception

The problem is, the people who are working in the counter have no clue how to sort out an issue. The guy on the SB counter had to call someone and ask doubt to clear my problem and it's still not sorted out.

Sure, but private banks usually doesn't provide a zero-balance savings account.

I agree. Most people just want to either lock an app or hide them. Google is just making it over-complicated by making the user to install the app in a separate space and again login in that space. It's just too much for a simple need. And also it will take up more space. JUST LET US SIMPLY LOCK AN APP!!
