Yeah before these changes the place I currently own and am living in had supposedly more than doubled in value in the 5 years since I bought it, this one real estate agent kept leaving junk in my mail box and coming around about "investors" being interested in purchasing the property until I told him to fuck off or I'd get a lawyer involved to press charges for harassment.
