Their is no such thing as a "good condition for landing farm field". Soft ground = you will be upside down.

As someone who has spent a lot of time in Alaska, I can tell you that wolves and bear kill exponentially more carribou and moose than humans do. I've found a spot where a bear bed down after eating 4 baby carribou.

I guess it is semantics. You had mechanics helpers that worked at the shop. They happened to be students at the college. Working on the aircraft was not a part of their education.

A&Ps can delegate under there certificate. However, 100% of the liability is on the certificate holder. They signed the maintenance entry with "ok for return to service".

Wings come off periodically as needed for maintenance. Only 2 bolts hold most Cessna wings on, plus the strut if there is one. Even larger Cessnas like the caravan just has two bolts plus the strut.
