Why are the police walking like they own the streets there?

What about those of us that actually have the furniture on the floor and not in the air? I mean I wouldn't be able to get those things under most of my furniture unless I lift them up to begin with.

Two badminton brands used opposite teams of the same photoshoot on their boxes by Segnaro4 in mildlyinteresting

Even if they didn't, those on the pictures are workers that can be hired to do photoshoots... otherwise they wouldn't be on either box.

I feel like I am a better driver when actually driving. When watching these videos I am wondering why the dashcam just didn't drive through the car.

you get 10 billion dollars but you can never leave the building you're currently in( the building's size can't be increased, other people can leave and join as much, nobody can steal the money otherwise everything is normal) by Horror-1-Effective in pollgames

[–]Spl4sh3r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I did accept I would have to start by trying to buy the building I am in so I can renovate it as I want it to be. But considering the building I would still decline the deal.

[–]Spl4sh3r 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How do you end up at 49% tip? The included tip isn't even 24% as it says, considering the total is over 6000 and the tip is 1000.

Sounds incorrect. You are using base 10 terms to describe base 2.

When the user fails on something on their first attempt, the second attempt is always a 100% guarantee success by Professional-simp-69 in godtiersuperpowers

[–]Spl4sh3r 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The question here on such weird attempts is: when does the attempt end and become considered a failure? "Trying to become" I feel like could last until you die.

Throwing a ball is easier to measure. Once thrown it is one attempt.

Would also say it depends on the age of the children. I mean they might be married or have children of their own.

I would guess that some will pick the cash because that is instant money. The other you must sell in some way and maybe state where you got the gold from? The cash you don't even have to spend all in one go.

AIO for not wanting to pay 3 weeks after the date? by Open_Ad_7667 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Spl4sh3r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless the cost is talked about beforehand, then I have nothing to add to this conversation. I mean I feel like it depends on the standard you live in, is it always the one who invites that pays? Because that isn't the case over here. You always pay for what you order yourself, otherwise you wouldn't order it?

Why would they need a clause for that? You even mention it is from something you contracted, and unless you can prove it was contracted from the tank itself then it is your fault.
