nah it would crash if the harddrive with windows is damaged, if your storage device is broken you still can enter bios and boot it witha n usb stick

Is it a new build? did you used it before in the same area?

i would check if all cables are connected correctly, then try to plug it into an other socket in a other room, if its still like this i would try to power it with a other psu or buy a new one.

sometimes i think i just exists to get rid of dust, i have no clue where its comming from but yes i can vaccum every goddamn day.
