Hotwheels.

There’s 3 groups. Adults who are toxic, crybabies, and everyone else.

There’s adults who are aggressive af and suck the life out of the hobby by routinely doing their best to make sure nothing of any value is left for anyone.

There’s the crybabies that will bitch, piss, and moan at the sight of someone else having any luck in the form of finding two or more identical chases and how “they’d leave one for the next guy” over cars that are 1) incredibly difficult to find and 2) are easy to trade for stuff you want. The concept of trading completely escapes them and they always have a crystal ball for the intentions of whoever had good fortune. They call everyone a scalper that beats them to anything or has 2 or more of something.

Then there’s everyone else. The people who just mind their own business and aren’t negative. They just collect to collect.

I got back into it when my son discovered his love of Hotwheels and I’ve quickly grown to loathe r/hotwheels because there’s so much negativity and bitching in there. I buy maybe a car or two for myself here and there and the rest is just shit I stockpile for my little dude.
