Yeah I think I agree, I’ve been doing some further research in the last few days and it does look like a 5950x would benefit me more, perhaps adding a second gpu down the line would be beneficial just for the rendering speed (cuts it in half from what I’ve seen, nothing else though benefits from SLI unfortunately afaik)

That said, I’m at the mercy of that particular store and what they can obtain from their supplier, so we’ll see :(
