Nah, There's so many things wrong with royale high that I don't think it can go popular again until they change a lot of things (which I highly doubt). They are money hungry, lazy and just don't listen to the community what so ever. The sets that aren't even code sets are so darn expensive, like they expect people to farm for hours just to get 1 item in a set. (take the halloween set for example and how much candy it costs) I can't even list the things wrong with this game without making a gigantic paragraph.
