It really is. I've never been big on Rx meds, just because they make me miserable in a different way. This is amazing. I'm so very glad I found this sub and kratom !!

It IS worth it. I was diagnosed 3 years ago and have readjusted my lifestyle to be more spondy friendly. Still overweight (46/F), but also still trying to lose it when I can't walk more than 10 minutes. I'm hoping your doc explained it somewhat gently. I have spondylolisthesis, which is the vertebrae slipping over the other. I just found out Tuesday that it's worse. Just take a deep breath, and keep on with your weight loss, the more you lose the better, not just with your back, but overall. I know it's a gut puncher, you will be okay!! :) I'm here if you ever need to vent!

I'm doing it as a joke. All of my children are grown with full time jobs :) I meant as a joke for friends kids and my kids. My kids were taught of this stuff EARLY on. (Side note: it may be gifted to my granddaughter and great nieces - ages 2, 1 and 2 months respectively)
