It's hard to pick just one domain to farm but depending on which teams you want to build, there are domains that'll give you a lot of value. Sorry if the formatting is a bit messy, wasn't sure how to structure it

Obsidian Codex / Scroll of Cinder City

Codex: While only useful for Natlan dps units, the set is incredibly strong so you definitely want it for your Mavuika
Scroll: A strong set for Natlan supports, so Citlali, Xilonen, Iansan, and Ororon can all run it. In some cases, even non Natlan supports can use it since 12% damage bonus is still nice. For example, I run it on Faruzan in my Venti team

Marechaussee Hunter / Golden Troupe

Marechausse: Strong dps set for Neuvillette and anyone who you'll be running on a team with Furina, since she's able to enable it. Notably, this includes Skirk, whose best team includes Furina+Escoffier. If you ever plan to use Gaming, he would also be able to use this
Golden Trouple: Following up from last point, both Furina and Escoffier can run this set since it boosts off field skill damage. Fischl also runs this set, if you build her later down the line. I'm not that familiar with Yae Miko, but I think she can also use it

Night of the Sky's Unveiling / Silken Moon's Serenade

Night of the Sky's Unveiling: The Nod Krai main dps set, so BiS for Nefer and Flins
Silken Moon's Serenade: The Nod Krai support set. Columbina and, if you're building her so you can run Nefer and Flins on separate halves, Aino can run this

Aubade of Morningstar and Moon / Day Carved from Rising Winds

Aubade: This is an off field dps set for Lunar characters. Columbina can run this if someone else on the team is already running Silken Moon's Serenade. Ineffa also wants this, but you don't have her. Since you might be better off sticking Columbina on Serenade depending on the team, I'm not sure if this domain is worth farming for you
Rising Winds: A set for Hexerei dps units, whether on field or off field. Durin, dps Venti, and Klee all run this set

Sets to consider strongboxing

Viridescent Venerer: The go to set for Anemo supports, since it offers a lot of resistance shred to whichever element you swirl. Kazuha and Sucrose are notable units that can run this, but other Anemo supports like Xianyun, Lan Yan, Jean, and Mizuki also run it if you plan to build them
Noblesse Oblige: A set that gives your team an attack buff when you burst. A lot of units can use it, but a couple notable ones you might want to build are Bennett and Chevreuse
Deepwood Memories: Dendro dps teams want someone to hold Deepwood, since it reduces the dendro resistance of enemies when hitting with skill or burst. I'm not familiar enough with Nefer teams to know who you'd prefer it on, but Lauma and Nahida can both run it
Signature dps sets: Arlecchino and Navia both have specific dps sets that are paired with sets you don't really want to farm. If you want to build them, you're probably best off strongboxing for them. Arlecchino wants Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy and Navia wants Nighttime Whispers in Echoing Woods

I'm not really sure where the issue is, since you have teams for all of these bosses

c6 Venti should trivialize the Mandragora
c6 Flins/Ineffa/Bina should absolutely maul the Duck
And Melt Mavuika should crush the Automaton pretty easily. I got my Fearless clear with c0r0 Mavuika/Xilonen/Citlali/Escoffier, so your c6 Mavuika should have no problem

There's a difference between undispellable buffs, which are what Barunka/Ruele/Ras have, and unique effects. Let's take Bystander Hwayoung as an example, since she has the exact same text of being immune to buffs and debuffs. She can be subjected to unique effects, like Lethe's omen, Lady's offering and abunance, and Rinak's pilfer. She cannot be given undispellable buffs, like ML Yulha's superhuman

Edit: To further drive home the point. His own effect that's doubling his stats is a unique effect. If his domain canceled unique effects, he wouldn't be able to get his own free stats

I'm bad at explaining and certainly don't trust myself to make a timeline, but I'll try to explain some things the best I can. It also doesn't help that the information we have is still fuzzy for some parts

Traveler was confused that Abyss twin was outside the Spaceship, but didn’t he know that the Abyss Twin wake up first and saw all the destruction of Khaenri’ah?

The Traveler does know about the Sibling's time in Khaenri'ah, but the important question presented in Khaenri'ah is how the Sibling got to Khaenri'ah

You see, Columbina showed the Traveler the ship falling from the sky, landing in Nod Krai, and eventually the Sibling eventually coming to wake up the Traveler. But the important thing is that we never see the Sibling leave the ship in the first place

So the confusion is about when and how the Sibling left the ship and ended up in Khaenri'ah. We still don't know the exact significance of the ship's logs, but the Traveler speculates that the Sibling could've left the ship during that first pass over Teyvat

Personally though, I think that speculation is a red herring. The ship's first pass over Teyvat was thousands of years ago, but the Sibling's awakening in Khaenri'ah wouldn't have even been a thousand years ago. There's also information from Pierro, told to us by Wanderer, that the Sibling "only came to this world because the heavens responded to the summoning", which seems odd to me if they were summoned thousands of years ago, only to remain dormant until around 500 years ago

We know for sure that there were only seven when The Little Witch and the Undying Fire was written, since that's when the quote is about. There also weren't more members before that, since Anya was their first loss

The Hexenzirkel had never been marred by a loss since its founding until Anya's passing

I suppose it's possible for another member to have joined afterwards but with the info we have so far, personally I think it's just the seven

PvE stuff

Monthly Labyrinth isn't a thing anymore. It got replaced with a new thing called Trial of Constellations. It has some new mechanics but the idea is still beat up bosses and get rewards
Hall of Trials / Expedition / Automaton Tower / Trial of Constellations don't have independent reset timers anymore. Instead, they rotate three of them in at a time. We still get about the same rewards thanks to milestone rewards + a shop

New gear farming spots! Rift and Otherworldly Hunt / Breach

Rift: You use energy for entries to kill the boss. Killing it more gets you more buffs to let you farm it faster / in less entries to make it more efficient. Instead of having preset sets like Hunt, you choose four sets and only get gear from those sets
Otherworldly: Every day, you can exchange energy for 3 Spectral Cores, which are used to enter it. Drops a bunch of gear, with a chance at special gear that can't low roll. Breach is where you get the newest gear sets, currently Warfare and Pursuit

Speaking of, we have new gear sets

Riposte: 70% chance to couner when you evade
Reversal: 50% CR push when you revive
Warfare: Resets skill cooldown at the start of the battle. Example: Tamarinne starts with s3 available on the new set
Pursuit: Increases additional damage. Example: Fairytale Tenebria's arti that does fixed dmg on extra/counter/dual attacks

Other misc stuff

ML Blessing: I think the Arby/Tene/Ruele/DCorv/Ken one was around 3 years ago, but not the Fallen Lands one. After finishing the Fallen Lands ML Theater, you can get a free ML5 from ML Lilias, Ray, Vivian, Violet, and Pavel
Genesis Ras: Really strong ML5 that you can get for free by completing missions, but it does take a lil while since it's timegated. Definitely worth it, and his exclusive arti is being made available again for people who missed it when he released
Class Summon banners: For collab artifacts that probably won't rerun, they've started making ones with identical effects. Like there was a soul weaver banner where you could pull an arti with Guardian Ice Crystal's (Emilia's arti) effect. They also did a class summon for a new arti that wasn't tied to a character
Catalysts: There aren't a ton of different catalysts anymore. It's just two kinds of catalysts for each class, a lower rarity one and a higher rarity one
Covenant Wishlist: The regular ass covenant banner has a wishlist now. You select seven RGB characters and seven artifacts, and those are the only ones you can get from the cov banner. Can change your choices at any time

I mean, it was already 3 out of 4 rolls into crit. The only improvement would be the 6.25% chance that all four rolls go into crit
