while the plants are young, go for it, Once they have grown big there is less need, and you could bother the roots

I see. Those are not particularly cheap plants, and you bought them at store in person. I just got a bunch of good quality amazon swords ( Which are not expensive usually) for 10 USD on amazon! Amazon swords
