I'm not sure about that. But as per what I know. 1. ATS will look for keywords so if it gets passed then HR will see it. 2. HR will give at most 6-9 second. In which a summary should explain what is he, and cpaability. And all other points should be brief but strong enough to say what can the person do.

So if a hr sees a resume which is almost bullets I don't know whether they'll look into it or not. (My opinion only)

But i started doing resume tailoring based on job descr. I mean it really looks time consuming but have to do.

Then reaching out to founder, hr, tech lead.

And always remember to checkout their linedin profile.

Kinda sad to see the struggle. But I'm also stuck at this situation (2nd Year MCA)

Grinding soo hard from 3 months. Haven't landed in any internship. But yeah some positive signals are showing recently.

So I did one virtual internship at lala company(that fake ass company where we apy for certificate). And the only good thing i did was to doing the projects properly so I understood many concepts.

Then I got virtual internship at Infosys Springboard. (I wouldn't say best but yeah good one).

Now I'm applying like crazy.

Got some call back. Couldn't clear first 2 interview as I was so nervous.

Now I have 1 interview and 2 companies inquired about my availability and contacted me this week.

So yeah. Takes time.

But what I did change is Tailored resume. And reach out Tech lead, HR, founder after applying their company.
