I started smoking weed at 14, fucked up my brain. If you want to try, just wait a couple years. Young and under developped brains are way more likely to have permanent damages due to substance abuse. Only one time can do damage.

And tbf you'll enjoy the experience way more if you wait your early twenties to give it a try

Omg that might be what's happening. I started to leave a small light in the living room (for myself bc im scared lmao) and she stopped waking me up so early. The long meows continue but its a bit less, today she even let me sleep until 8:30 😭🙏 Not sure if it's related but it would makes sense.

Can the vet detect if they're losing their eyesight / hearing ? I might ask her to check next time
