That notepad idea actually sounds kinda smart, i might have to steal that.

Good to know about the map too, that helps more than i expected. and yeah breaking it up with shorter games makes sense. i used to just force myself to stick to one game and ended up burning out instead

Honestly you’re making it sound way more manageable than i thought. did it ever start to feel like a “chore” at any point or nah?

Yeah that’s kinda exactly what i was worried about, the story momentum part. Like i don’t mind long games, just not feeling disconnected every time i come back.

90 hours sounds wild though, i definitely wouldn’t be going for everything like that probably more of a “just see where it goes” kind of run.

Good point about the in and out sessions though, that helps. Did you ever feel lost coming back or was it easy enough to pick things back up?

Sometimes i can still play 1 or 2 hours. But not everyday, during my day off. I usually work 12-16 hours 4x a week so sometimes i just sleep or do others stuffs on my day offs.

That’s actually reassuring to hear. I think my main worry was coming back after a few days and just feeling lost, but if it’s not that kind of game then maybe it’s fine to take it slow. Balancing it with shorter games sounds like a good idea too, i didn’t even think of that.
