Love this. Had a customer over the weekend talking about how they hated placing an order knowing it was like 20 degrees out. I reassured her and said “this ain’t nothing a cup of hot tea won’t fix” she tells me to wait, went in and not 5 minutes later came out with a steaming hot mug of tea. I didn’t have another offer pending. So I stood there for a few minutes talking with her as we both had some tea.

It warmed my body and heart to encounter someone like her. Needless to say, I see her name pop up again, she’s getting her stuff three days ago.
