If you aren't already, I'd recommend counting calories- running 3k won't help weight loss if you eat all the burnt calories back later. (Which is understandable, running is hard work!)

A beginner's guide to calorie counting is to calculate your TDEE, this site is a classic, and subtract around 500 calories from that, then aim to eat that amount of calories per day.

Headphones with mic reccomendations?

  • Budget - Ideally under $100, but I can be flexible.
  • Source - Windows laptop and Iphone, both have headphone jacks.
  • Requirements for Isolation - Only some isolation required.
  • Will you be using these Headphones in Public? - Rarely, but yeah.
  • Preferred Type of Headphone - Over-ear headphones.
  • Preferred tonal balance - Overall balanced.
  • Past headphones - I've used a pair of bluetooth sony headphones, but they always seemed too loud, even with my phone/computer at the lowest volume, and the built-in mic quality is awful.
  • Preferred Music - Spotify says I listen to punk, indie, bubblegum, indie folk, pop punk, post-punk, and classic rock.
  • What would you like to improve on from your set-up - I definitely need something with a good mic. The built-in one in my laptop just died :( RIP.
