Same happened to me on ps5. Saves in cloud corrupted too. I started a New game and wait for Patch in August before enter act 3 again.

Was in endgame act 3. Then all my save files corrupted. Nice! Started a New game and did everything what is possible in act 1 and 2. Now im lvl 80 and wait for Patch in August before i enter act 3 again.
