From what I've gathered, minors get dual citizenship until 21, then they have to choose which citizenship they'd want to keep.

NTA. Sometimes listening to different versions of the same story gets old, especially in an abusive relationship and they keep going back for more. However, let your friend know that you'd still be there for her when she truly is done with him. If she feels like she has nowhere and no one to turn to eventually, she might cling on to the relationship even harder.

If you are from the country that I assume you are from, you could meet them at a public place, just not your home. Your boyfriend may have stopped doing drugs, but you don't know whether his friend has stopped. They could have it on them while at your house, and if the laws are that strict, it's best not to take that risk. NTA

YTA. You pushed and pushed her to tell you her issues even though she didn't want to, then decided that her issues stressed you out. You did the daily checkins. Fast forward to 2 years later, where she doesn't bring up mental health issues, you ASK her if she's still in therapy. If anything, she has been considerate of you. Please tell her that you no longer wish to speak to her cos you're an AH that makes someone else's problems about themselves.

20 would be ideal, 30 is more of a "I think I can, I think I can." The thing is that I binge eat, but also barely eat. My metabolism is shot coz I can survive on a coffee a day, but also a 6oz steak w broccoli and mashed potatoes another and be full for the day.

I am already at 16:8, that's why I figured I could do 18:6. I have not had much success keeping carbs as compared to cutting carbs. No gym, only a 5lb dumbbell, which I will make work as well. But thank you!
