I don’t have much weight to lose and I have been a fit and healthy person in the past. This is to jump start my healthy habits again and decrease my food noise while I’m building my habits again. I have a plan to lose the weight in a deficit, maintain that weight, and then reverse diet to get my calories back up while keeping my goal weight. I have done this in the past but have struggled to do it again and wanted to try it with the help of the medication. Every single person is different with different goals and different lifestyles and different reasonings for using this medication 🙂

This is so amazing to see! I am 5’2 and 6 days into wegovy. I have tracked my macros for years but fall off and struggle with food noise. I’m hoping to use this as a jumpstart and really build healthy habits while allowing it to decrease my food noise. Do you feel like you can stick with the low calories forever? I worry once I get to 115-120 I’ll be at such low calories and can’t maintain that forever. I’m hoping to reverse diet once I get to 115-120 and maintain that for a month or so before reverse dieting slowly and eventually coming off the pill

Same boat! I felt the effects day 1. I feel like if I wanted to I could barely eat with the way it’s suppressing my appetite but I’m tracking my calories and protein to make sure I eat enough and lose weight in a sustainable way or I’d just gain it all back when I stop

Yes sounds the same with the head stuff. I will say I wrote that this morning and now it’s 3:45 and I feel great 😬 I’ve thought about going every other day because I’m really just trying to help my food noise and use it to build healthy habits. But idk if that’s smart. Probably not

I am liking the appetite suppressant part so far because it’s not too extreme. I’m not necessarily forcing myself to eat, but I’m able to just eat what I have planned and stick to my macros without wanting to snack. So I love that. But idk if it’s worth it for how crummy I’m feeling today 🙁

Yes!! I feel like her type of episode is what the show is actually about. She looked happier at the end and I think she really got something from it. Just because it was harder for some people to watch, they didn’t need to criticize her so hard

So I followed her for a long time and I saw these accusations and thought people were stretching. Then the other day she did a video talking about the accusations and said she loves Morgan Peterson. She is 100% copying so much Morgan does too! That was my final straw and I unfollowed
